Warehouse line marking

Floor markings for warehouses, factories and depots across Brisbane and Logan. Forklift lanes, walkways and loading zones that keep your site safe.

Safety on the floor

Keep people and forklifts apart

Accidents cluster where people and moving plant share space. Clear floor markings fix that. Walkways show staff where to walk. Lanes show drivers where to drive.

We plan the markings around how your site actually runs, then paint in stages so work keeps moving. Jump to the work you need:

Traffic management starts on the floor

Work health and safety rules expect a plan for moving plant. Painted lanes, walkways and keep-clear zones are the visible part of that plan. We help you get them right.

  • Separate pedestrian and forklift routes
  • Marked crossings at conflict points
  • Keep-clear hatching at racking and doors
  • Inspect and repaint every 1 to 2 years

What we mark on your floor

Each marking below is planned with you at the free site measure, then painted in stages around your shifts.

Warehouse floor lanes marked with solid yellow edge lines and a white dashed centre line

Warehouse floor markings

Floor markings turn a traffic plan into daily habit. We mark lanes, storage zones and keep-clear areas on sealed concrete and asphalt.

Every layout is planned around how your site actually runs.

Forklift corridor marked with yellow lines and a red cross-hatched exclusion strip

Forklift lanes

Forklifts and people should never share a path. We mark forklift lanes and exclusion zones so drivers know their route.

Everyone else can see exactly where not to stand.

Pedestrian walkway marked with green edge lines and white zebra crossing bars

Pedestrian walkways

Marked walkways give your team a safe path through the site. We add crossings at the conflict points.

People cross where drivers expect them, not wherever looks shortest.

Loading zone marked with a yellow dashed boundary and a white pavement arrow

Loading zones

Docks get busy fast. We mark loading zones, truck bays and staging areas so every movement has its own space.

Clear zones keep trucks turning and stock moving.

Black and yellow hazard striping beside a red keep-clear cross box

Safety markings

We mark hatching at racking ends, keep-clear boxes at doors and hazard strips at blind corners.

Small markings that prevent serious accidents.

Moving into a bare floor?

The best time to mark a warehouse is before the racking lands. We work from your fitout plan and mark the lanes, zones and walkways while the floor is clear.

Racking crews, forklift hire and staff inductions all get easier when the lines are already down.

Warehouse marking questions

What do the safety rules say about warehouse floor markings?

Work health and safety rules expect people and moving plant to be kept apart. Marked walkways, forklift lanes and exclusion zones are the accepted way to do it. We lay them out with you, based on how your site runs.

How long is the floor out of action?

Paint is usually dry enough to walk on within an hour. Full cure takes 24 to 48 hours. We can mark the floor in stages so work keeps moving around us.

How often should warehouse lines be repainted?

Check them every year. High-traffic floors often need a repaint every 1 to 2 years to stay visible and compliant. We can tell you at the site measure how much life your lines have left.

What surfaces can you mark?

Sealed concrete, asphalt and most warehouse floors. Old or flaking lines may need prep first. We check the surface at the free site measure.
