JC Linemarking paints the lines that keep car parks, warehouse floors, airports and work sites safe. The business has been marking lines since 1970. That is more than 50 years of experience on Queensland sites.
Carbrook sits between Logan and the Redlands, right on the M1. That puts Springwood, Beenleigh, Yatala, Cleveland and the northern Gold Coast all within easy reach. We work north as well, with a lot of our jobs in Moreton Bay and up to the Sunshine Coast.
We keep the crew small on purpose. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, attention to detail and dependable service. The quotes are written, the standards are named, and the lines last.

How we work
Standards first, then paint. A line is only useful if it is in the right place.
- Car parks are laid out to AS/NZS 2890.1, the off-street parking standard.
- Disabled bays are marked to AS/NZS 2890.6, including the shared zone and signage.
- Traffic markings follow AS 1742 as Queensland applies it through the MUTCD.
- Airside markings at airports follow CASA's Part 139 Manual of Standards.
- Every quote is written, free, and based on a real site measure.
As a line marking contractor in Queensland, we work to the plans and specs your project provides. If something on the plan looks off, we flag it before we paint.
